ROOTED IN CHURCH FENTON
A name with a story
The Flyer’s name reflects the village’s aviation heritage and nearby RAF Church Fenton. Opened in 1937, the airfield helped defend northern England during the Second World War.
It’s a connection worth remembering — and a little piece of local history to discover over a drink.
Your next stop: the Flyer
Main Street, Church Fenton, LS24 9RF.
